WWI - Belgium Cross
The medal was instituted in 1922 and was awarded to the military and civilian personnel that were deported to Germany as defaulters and were subjected to force labour during the WW1.
It is estimated that about 50,000 Belgians were deported to Germany during the period that the policy for deportation remained in effect (Oct. 1916 - Feb. 1917). - $100
