Webley Mk6 .455cal Revolver (W284)
The Webley MK VI has become the iconic revolver of the British and Commonwealth military forces of the 20th century with hundreds of thousands of them produced between 1915 and 1918. The MK VI service revolver was the last in a long line of .455-caliber revolvers adopted by the British, beginning in 1887 with the MK I.
The Webley MK VI revolver replaced the MK V in 1915 and sported changes that included a longer barrel (6 inches) and a squared-off grip that was a departure from the classic “bird’s beak” style popularized by the previous five MKs. It still fired the rimmed 265-grain .455 Webley cartridge that had a muzzle velocity of a paltry 600 fps, but it hit its target with undeniable force.
Production of the MK VI was ceased by Webley in 1918 with the end of the “war to end all wars.” Nearly 300,000 had been produced by that time, making the MK VI the most widely produced MK of all the service revolvers manufactured by Webley.
This revolver was manufactured in 1916.

DWM P08 9mm "Luger" Semi-Auto Pistol (W283)
This is a DWM/BKIW commercial Luger, one of the ‘Alphabet Commercial’ Lugers as described by Jan Still in his “Weimar Lugers” book published in 1993. He separately identified the s, t, and u suffixes as the "29 DWM" Luger, (aka the "BKIW-Mauser Transitional DWM" Luger) due to their presumed production year and preponderantly police association.
The toggle has the DWM stamp, the chamber does not have a date stamp and the serial number is in the mid U-suffix range. The barrel extension is marked with crowned “N” commercial proof and no military proof stamps. The 29 DWM was originally equipped with the Police-specific sear safety and the magazine well safety; and like many seen examples, this well safety has been removed.
Post WWI the DWM company was renamed Berlin-Karlsruher Industrie-Werke AG (BKIW) in 1922. Negotiations for the transfer of DWM Luger production to Mauser began in January 1930, and the actual transfer began in early February. It is not clear whether or not any production actually occurred in Berlin during that brief time in 1930.
Barrel Length 100mm, 8 Shot

Beretta Model 92S 9mm Semi-Auto Pistol (U110)
In order to meet the requirements of some law enforcement agencies, Beretta modified the Beretta 92 by adding a slide-mounted combined safety and de-cocking lever, replacing the frame-mounted manual thumb safety. This resulted in the 92S, which was adopted by several Italian law enforcement and military units. The magazine release button is at the bottom of the grip as is customary in Europe. This model was produced from 1978 to 1982.
Includes belt, holster and 5 additional magazines.

Defender 89 22cal Revolver (S210)
Iver Johnson “DEFENDER 89” .22 Spur Trigger Pocket Revolver, made circa 1880. These pocket-sized revolvers and many like them were made by various companies such that the price easily undercut better known and established companies like Colt.
This is the type of gun that a proper lady would carry in her muff to discourage mashers and muggers in the 1870s and 80s, or would serve equally as well as a vest pocket gun for her fancy man.

Harrington & Richardson Hammerless 22cal Revolver (M284)
Here is a Harrington & Richardson Top-Break Double Action Hammerless Revolver in .22 Rimfire, made circa the turn of the century in Worchester, Massachusetts. In 1875 Gilbert Harrington and former Frank Wesson employee, William Augustus Richardson, formed the new Harrington & Richardson Company. In 1888 the firm was incorporated as The Harrington & Richardson Arms Company.
This 7-shot, .22 rimfire revolver would have been ideal to keep in a pocket or a belt-holster for self-defense in the turbulent early 20th Century, or possibly even law enforcement. Its hammerless design makes it smooth and less prone to snag on the draw, just what one wants when concealing.
This is a fourth variation manufactured circa 1914-15.

Tranter .320CF Revolver (K007)
This appeared to be the most popular model and had numerous variations. Covered by British patent 282 of 1868. It was available in .320, .380, .450 and .500 centre fire as well as .380 and .442 rim fire. They were five shot in the smaller calibres and five or six shot in the larger calibres. It was only available in double action and some double trigger examples have been seen. An early version had a shrouded hammer nose and a floating firing pin in the frame. The early extractor stored under the barrel while the later version stored inside the cylinder arbor. An asymmetrical inspection plate was let into the side of the frame and was attached by a screw that screwed into the head of the hammer pivot screw. This plate could be removed to inspect the mechanism as it was operated. Double trigger versions have been seen with a raised circular inspection plate. A spur on rear of trigger operated the hammer sear and the trigger guard had a slot to accommodate it. They were fitted with one piece chequered grips. The most common barrel lengths were 3" for the .320 and 4.5" for the .380, .450 and .500.
This Revolver is in .320 cf and is nickel plated.

Harrington & Richardson “MODEL 04.32.6 SHOT” Revolver in .32 Smith & Wesson, made circa 1930s in Worcester, Massachusetts. The model designation that the top of the frame wears is quite descriptive. Beretta Model 70 22cal Semi-Auto Pistol (H157)
(Also known as Gardone V.T. which simply stands for Gardone Val Trompia. Val Trompia is a river valley in the Italian province of Brescia and Gardone is a town in that valley.)
The Model 70 was introduced in 1958 to replace and was based on Beretta’s 1935 pistol (replacing as well as the 1934, 948 and 949) which had been popular for about 25 years. Available in .22, .32 and .380 calibres, it was known as a smooth-operating, reliable and pleasurable handgun to shoot.
This Pistol is chambered in .22 rimfire. Made of steel alloy, these have a solid, well-built feel with enough heft to hold the already negligible recoil to a minimum. The exposed hammer has a comforting throwback look, feel and function. And the slant of the pistol grip seems to naturally align sights with your eyes for a comfortable focal picture. The magazine features a curved forward extension that hugs the pinky finger, providing a snug, secure grip.

Bernardelli Model 60 22cal Semi-Auto Pistol (H148)
Produced by the well-known firm of Vincenzo Bernardelli in Gardone V.T., Italy, the Bernardelli Model 60 semi-automatic pistol is designed for informal target shooting and self defense. This modern blowback-operated arm was introduced in 1959. It is made in .22 long rifle and .32 ACP calibres and was also formerly offered in cal. .380 ACP.
The Model 60 is handsome and of simple construction. It has a V/i" barrel attached rigidly to a black-finished lightweight alloy frame. The slide is blued steel and houses the barrel and recoil spring. Both sights are integral with the slide which is serrated along the top to reduce glare.
Located on the left side of the frame behind the trigger, the manual safety is convenient to operate with the thumb. Other safeties are a half-cock position of the exposed hammer, and a magazine safety which prevents firing when the magazine is removed. What appears to be a safety on the left rear of the frame is actually a takedown catch.
The large, well-proportioned black plastic grips are checkered on the sides and rear. A curved piece integral with the black plastic magazine base serves as a rest for the little finger and contributes to ease of handling.
Well-made and reliable, the Model 60 is an excellent pistol.
